COVID FACTS:

Positive Exposure = 10-day quarantine or test after 5 days. If negative, return after 7.

Positive COVID Test = 10-day quarantine. Return after 10 days with no fever for 24 hours. 

No Negative Test is required to return to school.

If any of the above facts are true of your student, please complete the form so the parent can be contacted and the student’s absences can be handled appropriately.
