BUSINESS MATH PROJECT FOR 10TH & 11TH (BONUS)  You have till May 12^th to complete this.

3^rd Nine Weeks Bonus Project

Your project is to pick between these 2 business options and make the argument for how your restaurant would survive during this pandemic.  Your guidelines would be the same as those in place already.  Pickup or carryout only.  How would you align your staff (number of people that would still work during shifts) (how many shifts if more than one); what meals would you serve; would you have a smaller selection of meal options; any discount or free options to entice people to buy from your business; how would your advertising change if at all.  In general, how would you make changes so that your business would survive.  Be as thorough  as possible in explaining your ideas.

Business options:

1.  Church’s Chicken: normal staff number is 5, counting the manager per shift.  (Normal business hours 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.).
2. Subway:  normal staff of 3, counting the manager (Normal hours of business is 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
