Senior Checkout Information: 

Plans for Senior Checkout

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

10 students at 15 minute intervals

Checkout will occur from student cars. They are to follow the timeline and enter the parking lot by the dumpster and proceed to the front of the new gym.

(If a student misses his/her set time, he/she may come at 11:30 – 12:00 on May 15.)

Students must wear a mask if they depart their cars to clean out a locker, etc. That is the only reason to leave a car and to enter a building. Students must be accompanied by an administrator if they do.

Mitch Thomas, Matt Middleton, Mike Rainwater, Kade Batey, T.J. Murphy will be in the parking lot area to monitor that students are moving in their vehicles the correct direction.

Stop 1: New gym – pick up sign-out sheets – Kerry Merritt

If students have PAID marked on their sheets, they are to proceed to Mrs. Morris at the bus drop off to receive their cumulative folders and to Mrs. Oaks to pick up their diplomas and report cards.

Stop 2: NJROTC uniforms will be turned in to Commander and Chief in the parking lot (back of his truck) Band instruments will be turned in to Liner in the parking lot.

Books will be turned in to Coach Griffin in the parking lot.

Fees will be turned in to Mrs. Horton in front of the auditorium.

Students that owe money in band and NJROTC must have their teachers sign off that nothing is due. If fees are owed, students must pay the fee and get Mrs. Horton to sign off on those fees.)

Stop 3: Cumulative folder pickup – Mrs. Morris

Diploma /report card pickup – Mrs. Oaks

Stop 4: Students needing to pick up anything in the locker will go with Mr. Batey.

Field House lockers – Coach Mitchell and Coach Crowell

Softball locker room – Coach Hoyle

Basketball locker room – Coach Murphy and Coach Davenport
