Worker's Permit Information

WORKERS PERMIT

Minors between the ages of 14-17 seeking employment must pick up a workers' permit from the Main Office to apply for a job and work. The student must complete their portion along with a parent's signature. The employer must also complete their section and sign. After all sections are complete, the form is to be returned to Mrs. Struben in the Main Office for the certified copy.
