After college graduation, I held many positions and lived in many places but everything centered around restaurant/food service/event planning except for the two years I taught high school business and computer applications in the early 2000’s!  Before coming to WOHS, I was the Director of Communications for the Catholic Consortium of Northeast Louisiana for eight years with my primary focus being with JGS Church & School.  I loved that job and the people I worked with but felt the call to go back to the classroom was too strong so after working part time with the Children’s Coalition of NELA, I was blessed to be given the opportunity to teach FACS at West Ouachita.  I received my certification in 2019 and have loved this place since my first day!  Go Chiefs!
